From our initial consultation through to our unique styling plan, creation and installation, you can rest easy knowing that your event will be professionally designed and visually

co-ordinated flawlessly, leaving you free to relax and enjoy yourself. 

HOW IT WORKS...

 

Step 1 : Initial consultation

We're always happy to meet up for an initial free consultation so that we can get to know you and work out exactly what level of professional design help you're looking for with your wedding or event. We know that every client has completely unique requirements and we're happy to tailor our services to meet your needs. Once we have a clear brief we will provide you with a non-obligatory quote.

Step 2 : Creating your design concept

If you decide to go ahead with our design and styling service the next step is to design your theme and event concept. We love this stage as it really gets our creative minds flowing. We will present you with your digital 'Style Guide' for your wedding or event. Your 'Style Guide' is completely bespoke and unique to you. It will detail your colour palette, signage, floral ideas, fonts, fabrics, textures and venue layout. We add lots of inspiration images and moodboards so that you can really get a taste of how your wedding or event will look and feel on the day. You can also share this with your other suppliers so that they can really get on board with your vision.

Step 3 : Sourcing props, decorations & signage

When you're completely happy with your Style Guide, we will then source and make all of the elements required to decorate your venue. This covers every visual aspect from you're welcome drinks area, props, backdrops, table décor, signage and hanging décor. We will create a list of recommended suppliers to suit your concept including furniture suppliers and florists. We can make bespoke items and utilise our ever growing in-house inventory of props and decorations. If any additional items are required to achieve your look, we will collaborate with our trusted network of local suppliers for hire and custom items.

Step 4 : Venue set up & styling

 

We'll arrive early on the day (or day before when possible) to set up and style your venue to perfection, using all of the items that we have made, hired and purchased, we will create a breath taking setting for you and your guests. A place where you can make beautiful memories together and have the time of your life! We will liaise with your florist, venue, furniture and all other suppliers during set up to make sure your venue looks visually spot on. We will have already contacted your venue to arrange set-up, timings and access. We'll stay for as long as needed to make sure that everything is visually spot on ready for when you and your guests arrive.

Step 5 : Venue décor dismantle

After your wedding or event we will return to the venue and dismantle and collect all of the props and decorations installed by Wonderlands and we will return any additional hired items to their suppliers.

 

 

 

PRICING & PACKAGES...

 

On the day styling - £30.00 / hour

If you know exactly how you want your wedding to look and are happy to source and make your own decorations we can simply come in and style your venue on the day (or day before). This leaves you free to relax, enjoy getting ready and spending time with friends and family. We'll meet up for an initial free consultation for you to brief us on how you want your props and decorations to be set up and the overall look and feel of your wedding or event. We'll bring our trusty tool kit so you don't need to worry about providing tape, glue, scissors, ladder or anything else that is needed for set up. You're not required to hire any props from Wonderlands to book this service. 

Venue design & styling - £900.00 

 

Includes steps 1 to 5 above; concept design, sourcing props & decorations, venue styling, venue dismantle. Plus you have unlimited hire of existing Wonderlands props & decorations to use at your wedding or event. The costs of 

hiring, making or purchasing any additional props and decorations is charged separately. We will provide you with a

list of the décor elements we recommend to achieve your look with a corresponding price list, you can add to or 

remove items from this list as required to suit your budget.

Full wedding design & styling - Stationery, signage & venue  - £1500.00

Includes steps 1 to 5 above; concept design, sourcing props & decorations, venue styling, venue dismantle. Plus you have unlimited hire of all existing Wonderlands props & decorations to use at your wedding or event. The costs of 

hiring, making or purchasing any additional props and decorations is charged separately. We will provide you with a

list of the décor elements we recommend to achieve your look with a corresponding price list, you can add to or

remove items from this list as required to suit your budget. This package also includes bespoke design and printing of your wedding stationery to include your save the date, invitations, menu, place names, table numbers and seating plan (up to 80 guests).

A 50% deposit is required on all packages to secure your booking.

The remaining balance is required a minimum of one month prior to your wedding or event.
